Summary Rangers and police arrested 22 suspects during targeted operation in various areas of Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, Rangers and police launched a search operation in Anda More area of North Karachi after the murder of two police officers in the area.
Rangers and police cordoned off the area and launched house-to-house search and arrested nine people including an office-bearer of a political party.
In a separate raid, Special Investigation Unit arrested an extortionist Naeem Bakik. The accused in brother on Shahid Bakik whi is wanted by police in several cases. The accused is also involved in demanding extortion money from the nephew of President Mamnoon Hussain and firing on his shop.
Rangers and police during a joint operation in Chakiwara area recovered a stolen container and arrested two accused.
On the other hand police also arrested six dacoits from Super Highway after an encounter while three dacoits were arrested from Baqra Mandi area of Sachal.
