RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) The court has reserved the verdict regarding petition filed for not making ex-president Pervez Musharraf as party in Benazir murder case.
Anti Terrorism Court resumed hearing the petition filed for not making former military dictator as party in Benazir murder case. The learned court ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to submit the list of witnesses in the court.
Khosa also requested the court that the persons involved in Benazir Bhutto murder should be brought to justice without showing any leniency or relaxation.
After pleading on the part of the Pakistan People’s Party, Latif Khosa while talking to the media said that petitioner has nothing to do with judicial code of conduct; rather his aim is to misguide the court in the name of so-called tactics only in order to watch the interests of former military general who is actually responsible for assassination of Benazir Bhutto.
Next hearing of the case would be made on October 22.
