ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - An earthquake of magnitude 5.6 on the Richter scale struck Swat, Chitral, Lower Dir and adjoining areas on early Saturday morning.
Metrological Department sources informed that the epicenter of the earthquake was located at the Afghan-Tajikistan border.
The quake spread panic among people and they rushed out of their homes, however no loss of life or property was reported.
