Summary Judicial system particularly in lower courts has paralyzed due to lawyers unchecked demands.
LAHORE (Dunya News) Lawyers boycotted court proceedings due to poor law and order situation in the precincts of courts.
Lahore Bar Association had appealed lawyers to go on strike as a protest against poor arrangements for their security.
The protestors also appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan, requesting him to make special arrangements for their security as all most of time, they remain at the hit list of their opponents and angry parties.
Later, lawyers while following the Bar Council’s call partially boycotted the court proceedings due which mostly cases could not be heard.
