Five persons were killed as firing in Dhobi Ghat area of Lyari Town resumed on Friday taking the death toll to 14 in two days, reported Dunya News.Firing incidents continued in various parts of the city causing fear and panic among the residents resulting in shutter down in the area. Earlier this morning, two sack packed corpses were recovered from Kharadar area bearing marks of torture. According to police, both the persons who belonged to a political party were killed by gunshots. One of them was identified as Naeem, resident of Baghdadi area of Lyari.Yesterday, seven people were killed including a woman and Chairman Save Trans Lyari Movement Nadir Ali Baloch and nine others were injured due to clash between two political groups after target killing in Lyari Town Karachi. The firing incidents began when a beheaded body of a political worker was found from the area. His death triggered incidents of firing in Dhobi Ghat, Garden, Shoe market, Usman Abad and Eidgah areas adjacent to Lyari Town.
