ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Third challan against former military general has been prepared in judges’ detention case and would be submitted in the Anti Terrorism Court Islamabad on 20th of this month.
According to sources, prosecutor Amir Nadeem Tabish has given approval to submit the challan in the court. About 11 witnesses have been included in the third challan against ex-president Pervez Musharraf. As a whole, 46 witnesses including lawyers, police employees and official evidence have been included in the challan.
Sources also revealed that Deputy Secretary National Assembly is also among witnesses.
The court has issued summons to 27 witnesses against Pervez Musharraf.
