ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The Supreme Court today (Wednesday) disposed off a petition filed for cancellation of bail plea of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf in Judges detention case.
A two-member bench headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa heard the case.
During the hearing of the judges’ detention case, the court was told that the petitioner Aslam Ghumman is not present without any information nor has he made any request for seeking adjournment of the case. The court dismissed the petition being not contested.
The court also heard the petition when it was filed and before Musharraf’s counsel sought transfer of the Akbar Bugti assassination case from Quetta to Islamabad.
