Punjab CM should resign over Chottu Gang deal: PTI

LAHORE/PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Reacting strongly to Rana Sanaullah remarks that govt Khyer Pakhtunkhwa government should resign after DIK jailbreak, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf leaders Wednesday said Punjab government should resign over deal with Chautto Dacoit in Rohjan.


“Shahaz Sharif should resign after striking deal with a dacoit gang”, PTI parliamentary leader in the Punjab assembly Mian Mehmood-ur-Rasheed said.


Earlier, PML-N’s LB Minister Rana Sanaullah called KPK chief minister a “Teeli Pehlwan” and asked Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government to resign after the attack on Dera Ismail Khan Jail.


Reacting to Rana Sanaullah’s remarks, Information Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shoukat Yousafzai said Rana Sanaullah had lost his mental balance and his own party (PML-N) did not take his statements seriously.


Talking to Dunya News Shoukat Yousafzai said Federal Interior Minister Ch Nisar should resign from his office over the jailbreak incident in Dera Ismail Khan.


He said Choudhry Nisar did not even bother to make a phone call after such a serious act of terrorism.


“Did the Punjab government resign after the terrorist attack on Sri Lankan team in Lahore,” Shoukat asked.


He said two MPAs of PTI lost their lives in terrorism but neither the Prime Minister not the Interior Minister Ch Nisar bothered to visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.


“Federal government has no vision or policy on terrorism and talks with Taliban would be futile without a national policy,” he said.
