Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar has said that he would not resign as he had not done anything wrong.Speaking to media in Lahore, the minister said that the position of the government is strengthening and army would not interfere in the its affairs, He noted that Nawaz Sharif did not want to dislodge the incumbent government. He posed a question before the reporters that why should President Zardari tender his resignation only after a year in office.Replying to a question regarding the COAS and Prime Ministers meeting, the minister said that neither the army chief brought any message nor he was given any message. He said that Pakistan would not tolerate the presence of any other army on its soil, adding that the intensity in drone attacks has been lessened.
