Summary Says talks over presidential candidates were in progress with PML-N and PTI.


PESHAWAR (Web Desk) - Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) chief Aftab Sherpao Sunday said that Khyber Pukhtunkhaw being the largest power producer was unfortunately plagued by maximum of load-shedding in the country, Geo News reported.

Addressing a press conference here, former interior minister, Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao said that the prime minister hasn’t yet visited Peshawar.


Regarding the upcoming presidential election, he said that the talks with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaf were in progress and a decision has yet to be taken by his party.


Meanwhile, a delegation of PML-N Sunday met Aftab Sherpao to seek support for their presidential candidate Mamnoon Hussain.


Talking to media after the meeting, Ishaq Dar said PML-N delegation had requested Aftab Sherpao to vote for Mamnoon Hussain.


The PML-N delegation included Isha Zafar Iqbal Jhagra, pervez Rasheed and Mamnoon Hussain.


MQM has already announced its support for PMl-N presidential candidate who is expected to win.
