CNG stations to remain shut in Islamabad, Attock, Jhelum

All the CNG station would remain closed on Tuesday and Wednesday in Islamabad, Attock, Jhelum, Rawalpindi and Gojar Khan under the Gas Load Management Plan.According to the Gas Management Plan issued by Sui Northern Gas Company, the gas supply to all the CNG stations would remain suspended from 6am on December 22 till 6am on December 24.The closure of as many as 696 CNG stations in Islamabad zone would affect around 0.7million vehicles, which would render Rs160million loss to the government.The CNG Stations Association warned that it would close down all the CNG stations for good if the government did not cancel the Load Management Plan.
