Summary Complainant approached the police for recording his statement but the police refused to do so.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court Friday ordered the police to register a case against General (r) Pervez Muhsrraf in respect to the Lal Masjid operation after recording the petitioner’s statement.
After the court orders son of Abdul Rasheed Ghazi approached the Aabpara Police Station but the police refused to record his statement saying that no written order of the court had been received by the police.
When the Dunya News contacted the SHO Aabpara, he said they had not received the written order of the court.
