Summary Lahore received rain in the morning that was coupled with strong wind.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - It rained again in Lahore and other cities in Punjab and upper parts of the country on Friday, keeping the temperatures down.
The Met office said though the monsoon system generating rain for the past around three days began to lose its strength; it was still strong enough to generate more rain.
Lahore received rain in the morning that was coupled with strong wind. The city’s temperature was 28 degrees Celsius and the minimum 22 degrees Celsius with 79 per cent of humidity in the morning.
Fairly widespread thunderstorm/rain associated with gusty winds, moderate falls at isolated places was expected over Kashmir, Upper Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Scattered thunderstorm with strong winds was likely to occur over central Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan while isolated rain might also occur over lower Punjab, Northeast Balochistan and Southern Sindh.
