Spokesman of Switzerlands Ministry of Justice said his country cannot take action against President Asif Ali Zardari before some action is taken against him in Pakistan, reported Dunya News on Thursday.According to a statement issued from Ministry of Justice Switzerland, the spokesman said they have not received any formal request from Pakistan to hold trial against President Asif Ali Zardari in any court of Switzerland. He urged to reopen cases against Zardari in Pakistan before Switzerland.Supreme Court in its short verdict against NRO had directed the government to reopen all cases against President Asif Ali Zardari in Swiss courts. Talking to Dunya News, renowned international law expert Ahmar Bilal Sufi told that Swiss law demands prosecution of the culprit in home country before proceedings in Switzerland whether its a case of money laundering or any criminal act.
