Summary Pervez Musharraf is being tried in different cases after return from self-imposed exile.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) Government submitted its reply regarding filing of treason case against former military general Pervez Musharraf in the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The reply was moved by Deputy Attoney General Dil Muhammad Ali Zai who stated that Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has ordered the Secretary Interior to form a special investigation team comprising Director General Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and other talented and well-reputed officials who may be able to probe into illegal steps taken by Pervez Musharraf on November 3.
Next hearing of the case would be tomorrow.
It also has been said in the reply that case would be registered against Pervez Musharraf due to his illegal and unconstitutional steps.
