Commander of the US Central Command General David Petraeus said on Monday that neither his country will send its ground forces to Pakistan nor the range of drone attacks be widened to Balochistan. Pakistani forces are operating effectively.Talking to media at US embassy in Islamabad, General Petraeus said United States supports democracy in Pakistan and will continue to do so. He said no such sign is visible that indicates any intention of Pak army to overthrow democratically elected government. He refuted the talks of differences between US and Pak army and said military leadership of both the countries is continuously in contact with each other and have best cooperation among them. Answering a question, General David Petraeus said Al-Qaeda is facing problems in running financial affairs. He congratulated Pak army for successful operations against militants in Swat and Waziristan. Petraeus said Pakistan will be given military aid equal to the civil aid.
