Bugti murder case: Musharrafs protective bail expired
Former president Pervez Musharrafs protective bail in Bugti murder case has been expired.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Sindh High Court had granted protective bail to former president Pervez Musharraf in Akbar Bugti murder case till April 20, which had expired.
Balochistan police can now detain former military ruler any time. However, the Balochistan police has not received instruction to arrest Musharraf yet.
The Balochistan Interior Ministry will write a letter to Federal Interior Ministry on Monday in this regard.
