President Asif Ali Zardari has directed his party leaders not to issue statements against MQM. MQM leader Altaf Hussain has welcomed the statement of President Zardari. He also directed MQM leaders to avoid issuing statements against other parties. MQM has demanded resignation of Sindh Interior Minister Zulifqar from the office on using derogatory words against the party leaders. On the other hand, Sindh Information Minister Shazia Marri while talking to Dunya News said that MQM and PPP are committed to move ahead with reconciliatory process while some elements wanted to derail the democratic system but they could not be succeeded.
