KARACHI (Dunya News) - The incidents of target killing in Karachi are on the rise as seven more people were killed in different parts of the city on Saturday.
According to details, some unidentified gunmen shot dead two people in Sohrab Goth and Steel Town areas.
In Mubeena Town area, two people, Qalb-e-Abbas and Mussarat Abbas were killed when armed persons opened fire on a shop. The deceased were stated to be father and son. All markets and shops in the area were shut down after the incident.
In yet another incident, former sector in charge of Sunni Tehreek, Kashif Qadri was shot dead by some unidentified miscreants in Shah Faisal Colony No 5.
Meanwhile, some unidentified motorcyclists hurled a hand grenade in the Bolton Market for not paying extortion money. Luckily the hand grenade did not explode. Bomb disposal squad reached the spot and diffused the bomb. The traders shut down their shops in protest against bomb attack.
