Summary Najam Sethi has apologized from the people of Punjab on dropping plan to revive Basant festival.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Caretaker Punjab chief minister Najam Sethi in his message at the social website “Tweeter” said some legal hitches stood between the kite-flying enthusiasts and their beloved merrymaking spring festival, thus it was not possible for him to make an exception, though he tried his best.
He even apologized to the residents of Punjab for not being able to let them celebrate Basant.
