Filed by Roidad Khan, petition maintains that no case regarding NRO has been heard since February 2008. The petitioner submitted that the case was of public importance and the petitions should be heard soon to fulfill the demands of justice. Roaidad Khan had filed constitutional petition to get NRO declared as a discriminatory and unconstitutional law.
