LPG slashed by Rs 11.5 per kg
Liquefied Petroleum Gas marketing companies have reduced the LPG price to a considerable level.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News): Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) marketing companies have reduced the LPG price to a considerable level of Rs 11.50 per kg, Rs 134 per domestic cylinder and Rs 515 per commercial cylinder.
LPG price has been reduced in international market from $895 to $ 817 per metric ton and significant reduction of $87 per metric ton has been witnessed.
Following this cut PARCO the major LPG producer in the country has also reduced the price by Rs 11368 per metric ton and new price in the county will be Rs 90578 per metric ton.
After this recent decrease of Rs 11.50 per kg new price of LPG in Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffar Abad, Naran, Bagh, Kaghan and Peshawar would be Rs 115 per kg and domestic cylinder will be available at Rs 1330. Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Murree, Attock, Mirpur, Jehlum, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar khan and Multan LPG price has been fixed at Rs 110 per kg while domestic cylinder will be at Rs 1270.
Other major cities of the country like Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujrat new price LPG gas will be available at Rs 105 per kg and price of domestic cylinder will be Rs 1210. In Karachi LPG price will be 100 rupees per kg and domestic cylinder will be at Rs 1150.
Talking to this scribe Chairman LPG distraction association Irfan Khokhar said that in coming few days LPG will be available at more cheap rates as compared to Petrol and High Speed Diesel and emphasized that to remove CNG sector promotion of LPG is necessary.
