President Asif Ali Zardari has withdrawn his pending petition in accountability case after it became ineffective in the Supreme Court, reported Dunya News. The Accountability Court had frozen some property of President Zardari in assets reference case 11-years ago. President appealed against the decision in the SC back in 1995 but the decision came on the petition meanwhile. President Zardaris lawyer today submitted application to withdraw petition and the court approved it.
