Summary
Two police officials were martyred and 25 others injured in a suicide blast on a police station on Miran Shah Road Bannu, reported Dunya News. Attack occurred at 6:45am on Bakka Khel Police Station in precinct of FR Bannu. A portion of the building completely damaged in the blast. Several people are still lying under the debris and rescue activities are underway. Locals told that blast sound was heard till quite far. Injured are being shifted to the hospitals. Deceased policemen include Khushdil and Jehanzeb. The injured officials include Shahidullah, Inspector Riazuddin, Akramullah, Asmatullah, Abdul Majeed, Majid, Syed Omer, Qamar Butt, Wakil Jana, Muhammad Younas, Obaidullah, Muqtadar and Sial Din. Two prisoners Shamas-ur-Rehman and Abdul Quddus were also injured.
