Govt focusing on uplift of FATA: President Zardari

President Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday said the government was allocating huge resources and focusing on development of the tribal areas with an aim to bringing these at par with the rest of the country. Talking to a delegation comprising of Senators and MNAs from FATA who called on the President in Islamabad at the Presidency, the President said the government was committed to the political and economic emancipation of the people of the tribal areas. The members of the delegation thanked the President for his keen interest in the uplift of FATA.
