Supreme Court has rejected two appeals of Justice (R) Abdul Hameed Dogar. Justice (R) Abdul Hameed Dogar filed two appeals in the Supreme Court. In first petition, he challenged the reinstatement of current judiciary under executive order and in the second petition, he appealed to review the decision of July 31 of the Supreme Court in which he was declared unconstitutional chief justice. Registrar office of the Supreme Court had returned the both applications with objections. Justice (R) Abudl Hameed Dogar filed petitions against those objections which were heard by Justice Ghulam Rabbani in his chamber. Advocate Naeem Bukhari followed the appeals of Justice (R) Dogar. Hearing of these appeals was completed yesterday while the reserved decision has been announced today; according to which both appeals have been rejected. Advocate Naeem Bukharis companion, lawyer Ijaz Janjua said that intra-court petitions would be filed against this decision.
