Summary Barrister Aitzaz on Monday requested the apex court to form a new bench to hear LPG quota case.
ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhamamd Chaudhry expressed his resentment when Aitzaz Ahsan objected to Supreme Court’s bench hearing the LPG quota case, Dunya News reported.
Chief Justice remarked that everyone will object to court’s bench if this trend begins once, adding that Aitzaz Ahsan appeared twice before the bench but did not mention the 'code of conduct' earlier.
Aitzaz Ahsen, counsel for JJVL (a LPG company), had filed a request for formation of the new bench to hear the case pertaining to LPG quota scam.
