Summary It has been revealed that banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban has established its own courts in Karachi.
KARACHI: Dunya News has received copies of the letters issued by the activists of banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) to the industrialists for extortions.
There are details of the proceedings of Taliban courts including trial of accused, issues in different areas and deals about extortions.
The documents also show that the commander of an area takes action against the person who declines to obey the TTP court order.
According to the sources, TTP courts are operating in different areas of the city including Sohrab Goth, Gulshan-e-Buner and Itehad Town.
On the other hand, letters demanding extortion have been sent to many industrialists and traders. Extortion money worth Rs 0.5 million to Rs 2 million has been demanded through these letters.
