ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has summoned copy of a letter written to President Zardari by Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Dunya News reported.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was hearing the rental power project case on Wednesday.
Chairman NAB Admiral (retired) Fasih Bukhari did not appear in the court today.
During case proceedings, Chief Justice remarked that court wants to know the reasons that why Chairman NAB wrote the letter to President Zardari.
He stated that court only follows the law, adding that copy of the letter should be presented by tomorrow (Thursday).
