The Supreme Court of Pakistan has postponed hearing of corruption case against former attorney general Sardar Latif Khosa, Dunya News Friday reported. Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday during hearing remarked that this impression was wrong that he was a leagui. Khosa in his petition filed in SC yesterday had submitted that Justice Ramday should separate himself from hearing corruption case against him as he was prejudiced against him. Justice Ramday during hearing told Khosa that he would think about hearing or not hearing this case. The Justice remarked that he gave relief to many PML and PPP leaders. Two cases of corruption against Asif Zardari came before me in the past but I didnt hear them as my brother was attorney general then, Ramday added.
