Summary Minhaj-ul-Quran has finalized a deal with the Administration regarding long march activities.
ISLAMABAD: According to sources, negotiations held between Tehreek-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran leaders and Assistant Commissioner Islamabad Tariq Mehmood Pirzada was a success after which the administration allowed the Tehreek-e-Minhaj-ul-Quran to hold its rally in front of Islamabad Stock Exchange at Jinnah Avenue.
The participants of the march will not go anywhere else except the specific site and after the address of Dr Qadri they would disperse peacefully. No one will go to the Red Zone that is a high security zone.
Nobody will be allowed to enter the congregation site without the search and that female participants will be searched by female volunteers. The participants will not at all indulge in any violent activity. No slogan will be chanted against the state. No one will be allowed to carry weapons inside the rally.
All the vehicles will be parked at the specific parking. The distance between the participants and the stage will be 200 feet.
According to deal, a security committee will be formed to assist the local police and no one will be allowed to enter without being checked. There will be one entrance for the public and a separate entrance for VIPs. The area will be secured from all sides by tents.
Besides, the police have sealed all roads leading to Red Zone in order to avoid any untoward incident. A heavy police of contingent, police commondos and volunteers of district administration have also been deployed.
