Petroleum price case: LHC adjourns case hearing till Feb 13

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday summoned lawyers of the respondents to present their final arguments on February 14 in petroelum price case, Dunya News reported.

 

LHC Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial resume hearing of petition filed against hike in petroleum prices.

 

Plaintiff’s lawyer did not appear in today’s hearing.

 

In reply submitted by the petroleum ministry, the court was told that price of petroleum products is adjusted according to the international rates. The price is revised if international oil price goes up or down.

Susequently, the case hearing was adjourned till February 12.
