Five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court presided over by Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday will hear contempt of court petition against judges of superior judiciary today, Dunya News Monday reported. SC had issued contempt of court notices to all those judges who had violated its November 3, 2007 and a 7-member larger benchs decisions for taking oath under PCO. Former chief justice Abdul Hamid Dogar is also included among these judges. Dogar submitted a reply of the notice into court while his lawyer says Dogar will defends charges against him instead of tendering unconditioned apology.
