Law enforcement agencies have arrested a suspect who allegedly provided weapons and vehicles to the terrorists involved in attack on Manawan Police Training Centre as the search operation to arrest suspicious people across the country continues. More than 150 suspected militants have been apprehended including Uzbek, Afghan and Tajik during the operation, reported Dunya News on Sunday.Mehmood ul Hassan, allegedly involved in Manawan attack, had been arrested from Essa Khel on indication of Qari Ishtiaq a week ago. Mehmood is resident of Chak 26 Mitha Tiwana, Khushab and drives a dumper. Peshawar Police apprehended 91 suspects including 70 Afghans during search operation whereas 30 persons have been arrested for violation of clause 144. Ten suspects were arrested from Mingora while 14 from Wah Cantt during search operation. Seventeen suspects allegedly involved in financing banned organizations have been apprehended and Jihadi literature has been recovered from them whereas 4 Afghans were taken into custody from Bhalwal. Rangers detained 2 Afghans from a passenger coach going from Quetta to Punjab in Jacobabad and extradited to Police whereas 27 suspected foreigners, including Uzbek, Afghan and Tajik, were also arrested from a wagon going from Chaman to Quetta.
