ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court reprimanded NAB for not acting against the influential accused in Rental Power Project scandal, saying that accused in the case was made prime minister of the country, Dunya News reported.
Supreme Court’s bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry resumed hearing of RPP implementation case on Wednesday.
During case proceeding, Chief Justice remarked that no action is being taken against the accused despite all the findings coming to the surface.
Subsequently, the case hearing was adjourned till January 21 due to absence of Nepra’s lawyer.
