Summary Miscreants have deprived six million children of polio drops in KP.
PESHAWAR: Six million children were deprived of polio drops as the anti-polio campaign in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was suspended following attacks on teams.
The anti-polio was expected to administer polio drops to an estimated 5.2 million children in the province but the drive was suspended following attacks in Peshawar and other cities of the province.
According to EPI sources, administering polio drops to children who were deprived when the drive was suspended is under consideration.
