Summary Rawalpindi ATC adjourns case hearing till December 8.
An Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) of Rawalpindi on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of Benazir Bhutto assassination case without any proceedings, Dunya News reported.
Due to absence of defence counsels, witnesses in the case including Magistrate Chaudhry Taufiq and Magistrate Masood Janjua were not cross-examined.
FIA’s prosecutors Chaudhry Zulfiqar told court that counsels for the accused deliberately remained absent in the hearing, adding that a state council should be established in the case.
Later, the court adjourned case hearing till December 8.
