A man neamed Amanullah Jatoi was accused of murdering a woman in a Karo Kari case.
Local landlord Abdul Wahab held a Jirga in this connection and ordered handing over of three girls to the family of murdered woman in addition payment of Rs 200,000 as fine.
The ages of the girls are between four and seven years.
The grandfather of the girls expired at hearing the decision by the Jirga.
Police said the Jirga members would be arrested soon.
