Summary Police held two suspects from Bazar Hakeeman and made more arrests at their information.
According to CCPO Lahore Aslam Tareen said the arrested suspects wanted to target Muharram processions on 8,9 and 10th Muharram.
He said some persons were held on the basis of information given by the held suspects.
The processions of the 10th Muharram concluded after reaching their respective destinations in Lahore peacefully after marching through the prescribed routes.
Strict security arrangements had been made by Punjab Police in Lahore.
