Summary The mourning processions of 8th Muharram will be taken out across the country today.
The main 8th Muharram procession in Islamabad will be taken out from G-6 at 3:00pm. The procession will pass through its traditional route and culminated at the G-6 Imam Bargah after Maghrib prayers.
Another procession will start after Jumma prayes from G-9 Peshawar More and culmite at the same place after paasing through it route after before Maghrib prayers.
In Lahore, several mourning processions of 8 Muharram will be taken out today and will culminated at different places after passing through their traditional routes. Tight security arrangements have been made for the security of mourners and all the participants will be thoroughly checked before enterin the processions.
In Karachi the main procession of 8 Muharram will be taken out from Nishtar Park after Jumma prayers which will culminate at Hussainia Iranian Imam Bargak, Kharadar after passing through Numaish, Reagal Chowk, MA Jinnah Road, Jamia Cloth, Light House, City Court and Pan mandi.
At least nine processions will be taken out in Hyderabad. The main procession will be taken out from imam Bargah Buturab which will culminate at the same place after passing through it traditional route.
