President Zardari will be the first elected President‚ who will address the provincial assembly session on the invitation of the Provincial Chief Minister and Speaker of the Assembly.
In a press statement‚ Speaker Karamatullah Khan said that President's landmark address to the legislators of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be a great honour for the Assembly and people of the province.
He said speaker had powers to relax rules and invite head of the state or any high profile dignitary to address the special session of the provincial assembly.
