Punjab Governor Salmaan Taseers chartered plane had to land back after few minutes of flight following some technical fault in it, Dunya News Monday reported. Governor Taseer left for Karachi in his charted plane at 9:30am to attend the reception of National Assemblys Speaker Fehmida Mirzas son. The crew of the plane was told after few minutes of its take off that the plane couldnt fly to Karachi following some technical fault. Afterwards, Governor left for Karachi on a commercial flight. Punjab Governments department S&GAD is responsible for the checking and security of the plane.
