Summary Deputy PM Ch Pervaiz Elahi has said that Punjab govt has become defaulter due to failed schemes.
His first and foremost priority is to work on development projects for welfare of the nation, said PML-Q.
Unrelenting phase of assassinations and robberies have made the lives of people full of miseries while the Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif is singing anthems in public gathering, said PML-Q leader while addressing public gathering at Football Ground in Vehari on Wednesday.
He said that the head of Punjab could not deliver to the people as he is devoid of team of experts.
While lashing out at CM Shahbaz Sharif, Ch Pervaiz said that there is no concept of cabinet in Punjab as the Chief Minister alone is handling more than 22 ministries. By following this strategy, education can’t be generalized at any cost, said deputy prime minister.
He said that doctors and professors are being exploited by the establishment; that is why they are bound to come to streets.
“Rulers have made the province bankrupt; that is why the provincial government has become defaulter to failed projects. Billion of rupees have been mercilessly spent on so-called welfare projects like Danish Schools, Ashiana Scheme and Sasti Roti (chief bread) while rest of the population is deprived of basic facilities of health and education, said PML-Q leader.
Chaudhry said that he always have been following politics of principles and avoiding scandalizing others. But the governing politicians of Punjab have not changed their attitude of taking revenge on their opponent.
Deputy Prime Minister also said that Punjab government has spent more than Rs 72 billion on ‘Jangla bus service’ while on other hand, Rescue 1122 has been deprived of diesel.
