Punjab law minister Rana Sanaullah has said that Rehman Malik is a foreign agent, adding that he is responsible for the deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi.He was addressing the media outside Punjab assembly.Sanaullah further said that the political party that had the mandate was also responsible for the unrest, adding that his party (PML-N) was not in talks with MQM over seat adjustment or electoral alliance.Referring to the YDA strike, he said it was a wrong perception that the government approved service structure under any pressure.
