SC accepts Yar Mohammad Rind's bail plea

The Supreme Court on Monday granted interim bail to former federal minister Sardar Mohammad Rind in a kidnapping case.A three member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry heard the bail plea of Yar Mohammad Rind, opposition leader in the Balochistan Assembly.The bench directed the authorities to release Rind if he is not involved in any other case. The apex court also directed the him to submit a surety bond of Rs 500,000.
