Summary At least eight people were killed in incidents of violence in different parts of the country.
According to details, two dead bodies packed in gunny bags were recovered from Maiva Shah Graveyard in Pak Colony. Police said that the deceased were shot dead after abduction.Some unidentified gunmen open fire and killed a man in Baldia No 7 area while a man named Kashif was gunned down in Usmanabad area.In Gulshan Ma’amar, an activist of a political party was gunned down. The deceased was identified as Fazal-e-Rabbi while dead body of an unidentified man was recovered from Mehar Town in Korangi.A security guard and a man named Bakht Nazir was shot dead in firing incidents in North Nazimabad and Defence Phase 6 areas. Police have arrested an accused involved in killing of security guard.In a separate incident, two armed persons tried to loot a vehicle of United Nations in Guzri area of Defence. The armed bandits opened fire when their bid was resisted and injured driver of the vehicle.Meanwhile, police have also arrested four dacoits from Ferozabad area.
