Summary Qamar Zaman Kaira has said that courts cannot decide about failure or success of government.
During an interview to a British channel, Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira said that only masses can decide about success of failure of a government not the courts.He further stated that only Parliament has the power to make a prime minister and chief minister. No other forum has this power.To a question Qamar Zaman Kaira said that Balochistans problem is much more complicated. He said that foreign hand and individuals who have vested interests are behind present situation in Balochistan.
