Summary Federal Secretary Water and Power Nargis Sethi reprimanded LESCO officials for loadshedding.
She also sought an explanation from officials regarding line losses and leakages in collection of dues.The federal secretary was chairing the meeting of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).During the meeting, LESCO officials claimed that members of National and Provincial Assemblies are the biggest hurdles in dues collection.The officials also claimed that various politicians in Kasur and Judges Colony are involved in electricity theft.They asked the federal secretary Nargis Sethi to take action against the politicians and judges involved in stealing electricity.
