Summary Law enforcement agencies have failed to control violent incidents.
Despite deployment of police and rangers personnel in Karachi’s different parts, violence remains unabated across the city on Friday.A person was shot dead in Chisti Nagar area of Orangi Town.A body was found in Khairabad area. Police suspect that victim was murdered two days ago.In a separate incident, a person was wounded in shooting incident in Nazimabad.Police have claimed that a suspected target killer has been arrested from Bilal Colony. Also, two suspected robbers were arrested in Sharifabad and two others were rounded up in Mithadar area.Separately, a cracker explosion took place in a shop in Timber Market. One person got injured and four vehicles parked near the shop were damaged in the explosion.Initial investigation revealed that shop was attacked after refusal to pay extortion, police said.
