Summary SHC on Thursday disposed of Australian sheep case after the owner withdrew the petition.
According to details, owner of the sheep, imported from Australia, had filed a petition to withdraw case against culling of the sheep. The court had also granted him time to reconsider on it.The lawyer, Advocate Adnan Memon, in the written application, had also pleaded for protection of life and property of petitioners family.In his remarks, Justice Maqbool Baqir said the petition shows that the petitioner is under pressure.On this, lawyer Adnan Memon said his client has not apprised him about any reason and just asked for withdraw of the case.
